These pancakes are on our table at least once a week. The blender does all the work, the bananas sweeten them naturally, and the oats keep everyone full until lunch. Nobody in my house has noticed they're healthy.

Blender Banana Oat Pancakes

Why I make them so often

How it works

Rolled oats blitzed in the blender act like flour, and the banana helps hold everything together while adding moisture. A short rest lets the oats soak up the liquid so the batter thickens nicely.
